Brad C. Clark
Owner, Lead Designer, Account Manager

Brad is our lead Account Manager and lead Designer. He works closely with many of our clients to develop solid business relationships focused on key service areas. His love and passion for helping clients realize their dreams is the guiding force for Caribbean Dreams and is the reason he and his staff deliver exceptional results.

Brad is also the founder and owner so he sets the standard for the company. He stays current with the trends and advances in the industry. He focuses on the strategic growth of the company and handles the day-to-day operations.

Brad has been a pioneer in the water feature industry. He has learned the trade over a span of 30 years and has helped the industry evolve over time by continual research and development of the design and construction aspects of water features. He has designed and constructed hundreds of water features in his career and he still loves the feeling of creating something beautiful from nothing. He is passionate about what he does and enjoys meeting new people. His passion is rewarded when customers are able to realize their dreams.

In his spare time, Brad enjoys spending time with friends and family, listening to music and playing the drums. He also enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting, boating, camping, scuba diving, sky diving, and four wheeling.

Bradley T. Clark
Landscape Designer, Project Manager, Chief Sustainability Officer

Bradley was introduced to the company at an early age by going to work with his father learning the trade. In 1998 he was formally given the position of Landscape Designer and Project Manager. Over the years, Bradley has gained the knowledge and experience to deliver exceptional results that typically exceed the expectations of clients.

Along with designing and managing projects, Bradley enjoys working with people to make their dreams a reality. He is very passionate about the business, from designing waterfalls and landscapes, to working with clients to create their dream landscape. His favorite part of the job is seeing the client’s satisfaction when they experience the finished product. He cares about every project from start to finish.

Currently, Bradley is pursuing a degree in sustainability from Arizona State University. He is enjoys dealing with these issues from the community level to the global level. He is proficient at analyzing a situation and then finding the best possible solution. He is constantly researching new ideas, and rethinking old ones. As Chief Sustainability Officer, he continuously looks for ways to make the Caribbean Dreams a leader in sustainable landscaping.

In his free time, Bradley enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as many outdoor activities, including, playing sports, camping, hunting, scuba diving, sky diving, and four wheeling. He loves music and watching all kinds of sports, including, basketball, football, and baseball. He is a die hard Phoenix Suns, Cardinals, and Diamondbacks fan. He goes to as many games as he can and can be found at University of Phoenix Stadium at least 2 or 3 times each season.
